Challenge
Pump.co had momentum but the marketing site wasn't keeping up. The existing design felt generic and didn't communicate the product's value or the brand's personality. With a small team and no established visual system to build from, the task was to rethink the site from the ground up while managing an external agency and keeping everything on brand and on schedule.
Goal
The goal was to redesign the full marketing site in Framer in a way that felt polished, conversion-focused, and distinctly Pump. That meant establishing a stronger visual direction, aligning the agency on that vision, and delivering a site that could scale with the product.
Solution
I helped lead the creative direction for the redesign, partnering with an external Framer agency while staying hands-on throughout the process. From setting the visual tone to reviewing builds and providing feedback, I kept the work aligned with the evolving brand. The result was a site that felt cohesive, modern, and built to grow with the company.
